I remember in elementary school, I was always anxiously awaiting the next issue of Highlights Magazine. Well Highlights for Kids in online! You can find the same fun and educational activities that you enjoyed as a kid.

Another example of an Internet Project, Thinkquest is a free and safe web site that contains competitions for students and projects for classrooms. It also has a valuable library of resources for students and teachers alike.

This website on Montana Climate Change (http://www.montanaclimatechange.org/index.php) is a collaboration of many organizations, what's happening in politics, etc. on the concept of climate change in Montana.

Tammy's Tidbits is a website that a teacher put together to collect internet resources for every subject area.

If you have not heard of GapMinder, you need to check it out!! And then, you need to share this site with your co-workers. This site has some great visuals that can be used in math, social studies, science, health, business...almost any classroom.

Internet4Classrooms is a great teacher resource in math and language for grades K-8. High interest games and activities give students practice, building on prior learning.  Practice tests are also provided. Tests are scored online and made available for students to check their work. Fantastic!!
