offers students photos to help them understand history and science and more.

This website has several simple pop ups that students can make such as a christmas tree, pig, castle, birthday cake and many more. The material requirements are simple- paper, scissors, and glue. The christmas tree card is the easiest, I have used it with 3rd graders. To go to website click on pop up.

The Museum of Modern Art has a very cool teen site, Red Studio, that has several interactive sites that inspire experimentation with ideas and processes. Even do-able cross curricular.

The idea behind this blog for elementary students is to have an ongoing exchange (no deadlines, no pressure) to contribute stories, photographs or podcasts. It allows students to learn about different parts of our country and world by reading the posts from the different bears around the world.

The posts can be from the bears' point of view or from the students' point of view...whatever the teacher decides.

Check it out! It is a great way to introduce 21st Century Skills to your class.
